meetings: not meeting the need for real collaboration
Many leaders have experienced the frustration of having the same meeting over and over again, with the same people discussing the same issues, but little real progress in between. Good intentions are rarely the problem. More often, the problem is that traditional meetings are not designed for genuine collaboration.
